Wild Tame was commissioned by Netflix to shoot and edit a series of behind-the-scenes films supporting the release of Demon City 鬼ゴロシ, starring Tomoyasu Hotei.
Filmed over several months and across locations throughout Japan, the project involved capturing complex stunt sequences and moments from set, then shaping them into a series of high-energy social shorts designed to give audiences a feel for the world of the film.
For us, it was a first step into the world of large-scale action filmmaking. Spending time alongside the production team and stunt performers gave us a deep appreciation for the skill, precision and professionalism behind every scene. The trust extended to us on set, and the collaboration throughout, made the experience especially rewarding.
It’s a project we still remember fondly—for the craft, the people, and the opportunity to learn something entirely new.
