We hired our first generative AI specialist in 2023, back when that looked early. Since then we've used these tools two ways: moving storyboards that test pacing and structure before a shoot, and selected finished assets where the technique holds up. This reel was made with Runway Gen-4 in mid-2025, and newer models have already passed it. When AI is used in client work, we say so.
