Video Editor (Full time, long-term, Tokyo)
We are seeking a full-time in-house, bilingual video editor to join our team.
Responsibilities will include the production of short-form corporate videos using Davinci Resolve, from rushes through to finalization. Additional duties include the role of DIT - managing data backups, and preparing footage for third-party editors and colorists when needed. You will also be assisting the crew with preparing gear before and after shoots. You may also be asked to join the crew as a production assistant on shoots.
Requirements:
Living in Japan
Minimum of 2 years experience in professional video editing
Ability to produce short-form corporate videos from start to finish
Confident in Davinci Resolve (we primarily shoot BRAW)
Very well organized with excellent data management skills
Basic knowledge of After Effects (advanced AE skills a bonus)
Bilingual: able to confidently cut interviews in English and Japanese
A great team player
Permission to work in Japan

Project Coordinator / Account Manager (Full time, long-term, Tokyo)
We are seeking a full-time in-house, bilingual (JA and EN) Project Coordinator / Account Manager.
This role is extremely varied and may include the management of projects covering all kinds of media, from video to print, presentations to magazine articles. The project manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of the project, from client communications to budget, ideation (with the creative team) to quality control.
You would be working in an extremely diverse environment, with 11 nationalities, colleagues from ages 20 to 50, at least two of whom have pink hair. Exceptionally good work environment. Leadership coaching is available (via Coachhub) for high-potential employees. Exceptionally flexible working - can work from home up to three days a week, can work overseas for up to one month per year etc. Split shifts are also possible. We would also consider part-timers, that is, working less than 8 hours per day.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry with a track record of project management
Bilingual: able to confidently manage projects in English and Japanese
Excellent IT skills

Kind and considerate human being with a positive outlook on life

Content Strategist (Full time, long-term, Tokyo)
We are seeking a full-time in-house, bilingual (JA and EN) Content Stategist
Responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that effectively engage target audiences and drive brand growth for our clients. You will collaborate with our project coordinators, clients and creative team to research, plan, and execute compelling content across various digital channels.
Key responsibilities include identifying content gaps, performing audience analysis, creating content calendars, and measuring the success of content initiatives through data-driven insights. Successful candidates possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of content marketing, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
