Lead Digital Designer

Full-Time

The Lead Digital Designer shapes how brands show up online.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to turn open-ended briefs into clear, thoughtful digital experiences. From early concepts and user journeys to design direction and handover, you’ll lead the creative thinking behind our web work. You won’t be expected to write production code, but you should be fluent in modern web design, UX principles, and current digital trends. You’ll collaborate with external developers to ensure ideas are translated faithfully and built well.

This is a senior role for someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity, confident guiding clients, and excited to make digital work that’s clear, useful and human.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry with a track record of leading web design projects

- Bilingual: able to confidently work in English and Japanese

- Familiar with the latest trends in UI/UX design

- A great team player

- Kind and considerate human being with a positive outlook on life

Project Manager

We are seeking a full-time, in-house bilingual (JA/EN) Project Coordinator / Account Manager. The role is varied and covers projects across a wide range of media, including video, animation, branding, print, presentations and editorial.

You’ll take overall responsibility for projects from start to finish, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and working closely with internal teams. This includes client communication, budgeting, collaboration with the creative team, and quality control.

Strong relationships are central to how we work, and your ability to build trust and guide clients thoughtfully will be key to our shared success.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry with a track record of project management

- Bilingual: able to confidently manage projects in English and Japanese

- Excellent IT skills

- A great team player

Content Strategist

We are seeking a full-time in-house, bilingual (JA and EN) Content Strategist.

Responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that effectively engage target audiences and drive brand growth for our clients. You will collaborate with our project coordinators, clients and creative team to research, plan, and execute compelling content across various digital channels. Key responsibilities include identifying content gaps, performing audience analysis, creating content calendars, and measuring the success of content initiatives through data-driven insights. Successful candidates possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of content marketing, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
